Yahoo! …Still Sucking as Hard as Ever

Posted on | September 3, 2009 | No Comments

At some point in the past (4 days ago), I may have mentioned the ass-suckingly awful qualities of Yahoo!
Well, the Yahoo! “top stories” have noticed, and decided to offer me additional evidence to support my theory that Yahoo! is quickly becoming the infected asshole of the internet.
I present: Why Michelle Obama’s Hair Matters

Arkansas Democrat Gazette Still Charges Users to Read Syndicated Content

Posted on | August 29, 2009 | No Comments

(The Chappaquiddick Island incident in Ted’s words. Listen to him namedrop John Quincy Adams)

So I was checking the online papers to see how many were writing about the life of Ted Kennedy while accidently forgetting to mention the word Chappaquiddick.

Anyway, I could go to the Chicago Tribune and read their thoughts in their entirety. I can check out the LA Times online and get their thoughts.

But if I want to read what the Arkansas Democrat Gazette has to say, I have to login to read the full article. The syndicated AP article. Read more

Yahoo! …Sucks!

Posted on | August 29, 2009 | No Comments

After a lengthy hiatus, Max Power has returned.
His absence was the result of many factors, including, but not limited to: gin, weed, apathy and some minor legal issues (who knew stabbing a hobo was even a crime?).

This is the 2009 AVN Award Winner for Best Blowjob. She is one of the few people on earth that sucks more cock than Yahoo!

What has precipitated this return?
He’s been inspired to serve as a narrator for Yahoo!‘s final descent into uselessness.  The former internet giant is quickly dying, and Max Power will be tossing stones and mocking the death spasms.

This is the 2009 AVN Award Winner for Best Blowjob. She is one of the few people on earth that sucks more cock than Yahoo!

I (you can refer to yourself in the third person* only so many times before you start to feel like a huge prick) will be making this a regular topic, focusing on many different aspects of Y!’s suckishness, including their completely useless search marketing platform (that’s being turned over to microsoft), the ridiculously retarded “Top Stories” on their homepage, and their general incompetence regarding every aspect of their business.  Except Free Fantasy Sports.  That’s really the only thing Yahoo!’s got going for them at this point.

I’ll be back with more later.

*since I’m referring to myself by an alias, would that make it the 4th person? Max Power is confused, needs gin.

Bill Gates to Stop Hurricanes. Will Scientists Try to Stop Gates?

Posted on | August 29, 2009 | No Comments

(Famed Software Genius (Pirate?) Bill Gates Sets out to Tame the High Seas)

Bill Gates, the marketing genius who got the public hooked on Windows by giving it away for free is at it again. Nope, I’m not talking about how Microsoft keeps giving software away to students to keep strong a new generation’s addiction. Oh, no-no-no. Microsoft is Ballmer’s problem right now.

The man who changed the world is now trying to change the weather. No really, he’s trying to change the weather.

Hurricanes in particular. Read more
